Next showcases the work of 22 rising stars on the Danish culinary scene.  Elegant color photography presents their imaginatively plated dishes. Detailed recipes appear on the opposite pages—no thumbing to the back of the book to identify an ingredient or understand a technique.

This is an unusual opportunity to experience the latest in Danish food imagination, curated by an authority who is on the ground in Denmark, eating at key restaurants, and observing and ranking the the new names to know.

The chefs have been selected by Bent Christensen, a Danish food writer and publisher who has created numerous books in conjunction with the likes of Ferran Adrià, Thomas Keller, and Rasmus Kofoed.
